Refund Policy

Vue Broadcasting Network LLC

At Vue Broadcasting Network LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we aim to deliver high-quality commercial production, podcast creation, and social media advertising services. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued. By engaging our services, clients agree to this policy.
1. Deposits & Initial Payments

A non-refundable deposit (percentage or flat fee as outlined in your agreement) may be required before any work begins.

Deposits secure scheduling, planning, and initial resource allocation, and therefore cannot be refunded once paid.
2. Project Cancellations by Client

Before Work Begins: If the client cancels before any pre-production or work has started, a refund may be issued excluding the deposit.

After Work Has Begun: Once research, planning, recording, editing, or any project-related work has started, payments made are generally non-refundable. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on work completed.

After Delivery of Final Files: No refunds will be issued once final deliverables are sent.
3. Project Cancellations by Vue Broadcasting Network LLC

If we cancel a project due to circumstances within our control (not client-related), a full refund of all payments made (including deposits) will be issued.

If cancellation is due to the client’s breach of agreement (e.g., non-payment, failure to provide content, missed deadlines), no refund will be issued.
4. Revisions & Client Satisfaction

Projects include a specified number of revisions, as outlined in the proposal or contract.

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with creative style if the work matches the agreed scope.

Additional revisions beyond the included amount will incur extra charges, not refunds.
5. Delays & Non-Performance

Caused by Client: If delays occur due to the client (e.g., failure to provide materials, late approvals, or missed communication), no refund will be granted.

Caused by Company: If we miss agreed deadlines without prior notice and it significantly impacts the project, partial refunds or service credits may be considered.
6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for refunds in cases where delays or cancellations occur due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, internet outages, illness, government restrictions, etc.).
7. Digital & Creative Deliverables

Due to the digital nature of our services (commercials, podcasts, and media files), once final deliverables are approved and transferred, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

Clients are encouraged to review drafts thoroughly before final approval.
8. Refund Requests

To request a refund, clients must:

Provide the project name, invoice number, and reason for the refund request.

Allow up to 10 business days for review and response.
