Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by Vue Broadcasting Network LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By hiring us, submitting project requests, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide commercial production, podcast production, and social media advertising content.
Service details, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a written agreement, invoice, or proposal.
Any creative materials provided by the client remain the client’s responsibility (scripts, logos, branding).

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and timely project information.
Secure necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for content provided to us.
Review drafts and deliver feedback within agreed timelines to avoid delays.

Intellectual Property

All original content created by Vue Broadcasting Network LLC remains our property until full payment is received.
Once paid in full, ownership of the final commercial, podcast, or media asset transfers to the client (unless otherwise agreed).
We may retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Payments

Payments must be made according to the invoice or contract terms.
Late payments may incur a fee.
Work may be paused until outstanding balances are cleared.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our services.
We cannot guarantee audience engagement or results from commercials, podcasts, or social media distribution.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
